Q: How can I purchase your products?

A: Luxor is a manufacturer of specialty furniture items and sells its products only through authorized dealers and distributors worldwide. We do not sell our products directly to end-users. If you are interested in purchasing Luxor products please contact us and we will refer you to an authorized Luxor distributor. If you would like to become a Luxor distributor, please fill out our Dealer Application. Thank you.

Q: What do I do if the product is damaged in shipment?

A: If noticeable damage has occurred to the packaging, notify the driver when signing for the shipment. In any instance, open the shipment upon receipt and inspect it for concealed damage. If damage is found, notify the carrier immediately. Contact Luxor Customer Service for replacement parts or components at no charge as well as further instruction for handling the damaged products.

Q: Where can I find product photos, sell sheets, or instructions?

A: Each product page includes access to product photography, manuals and other relevant assets. Simply find a specific product via navigation or the search tool, and click the "Download Images", "Sell Sheet", "Instructions" or "Spec Sheet" links to access those assets. Our entire library of product photos is also available through our Digital Asset Manager.

Q: What do I do if I am missing parts?

A: Contact Luxor Customer Service and they will send you the missing components at no charge.

Q: How do I return a product?

A: Returns are subject to the terms and conditions of our Return Policy.

Q: What are the hours that Customer Service can be reached?

A: Luxor Customer Service is available Monday—Friday from 8:15 am to 4:00 pm CT. We are closed on major holidays. For issues requiring more immediate assistance, distributors are encouraged to contact their Luxor Sales Representative.

Q: Is there assembly required with Luxor's products?

A: Assembly is required for most of our products. However, products needing assembly come with user-friendly instructions and include all hardware and basic tools.

Q: What type of warranty is included with your products?

A: Luxor products are manufactured at the highest degree of quality. All Luxor products are covered by a manufacturer's Limited Warranty against defects and workmanship. Q: When should I expect my shipment to ship after ordering?

A: Orders normally ship within 5–10 business days. Call ahead for large orders to assure delivery schedules, availability and any special delivery needs.

Q: Where does your product ship from?

A: Our products ship from either Illinois or Alabama.

Q: Where are your products manufactured?

A: All Luxor products are designed in the United States and manufactured in factories in the United States and Asia.

Q: Are there any charges if I want to return a product to Luxor?

A: Yes, there is a 25% restocking fee.
